Cedric Lecroc

Cedric Lecroc has worked in the hospitality industry since 2000. Cedric began their career as a Partnerships Manager at SAS Tradition France. In 2011, they launched a consulting company, Reasons llc, where they served as Chef Director. In 2015, they became a Hospitality Consultant at CIOR Consulting USA LLC. In 2017, they were Business Development Manager at both BEVSQUAD and Pirolls. Cedric also served as Beverages Director at Delano Hotel, where they managed the entire beverages department and reorganized the beverages cycle management. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant at Nectar Inc, where they conducted market prospection and analysis, as well as suggested hardware and software programming to fit hospitality industry standards. In 2020, they joined SOMM'IT as Business Development Specialist, where they helped integrate drinks into any POS and manage orders, receptions, inventory, and outages. Currently, Cedric is Head of Business Development European Market at MyWineGuide: Simply Sell More Wine, where they help hospitality groups, restaurants, and retailers reimagine how consumers select and experience wine and food.

Cedric Lecroc attended Paris Culinary School from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General. Cedric then attended Entrepeneur Life School from 2001 to 2026, where they earned a Master of Selfman in Hospitality Administration/Management.
