Everyone is unique in that they come from different experiences. However, all suffering is the same. I have gratitude & compassion for all my colleagues, even challenging personalities. It's been my goal to align and help others with the awareness that the past is gone and will never happen again, there is no reason to fear a future doesn't exist, and that the only moments we have are NOW in our present moment. Specific to sales, there are five key skills and knowledge, but only about 5-8% of "gifted" individuals have all of them. We need a common language, system, and process to elevate our performance. Suppose our colleagues have the capabilities of being in a peaceful state, aware with compassion & gratitude, applied with team-oriented work ethic with process & tools. In that case, the quest to achieve our mission will be filled with happiness, health, & likely success.
