Sophie Carpenter is an experienced professional in customer care and relations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at mycar since October 2020. Prior to this role, Sophie held various positions at Bunnings from December 2011 to October 2020, including Commercial Market Feedback Manager and Customer Relations Coordinator. Additionally, Sophie worked as a Customer Support Manager at Renault-Nissan Consulting UK from October 2007 to October 2011. Sophie holds an Advanced Diploma in Leisure and Recreation from West Herts College, completed in 2012.
