Lindsay W.

Lindsay W. began their work experience in 2015 at FrontStream as a Senior Account Manager and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined 360insights.com as a Client Success Manager for a few months before returning to FrontStream as a Manager of Customer Operations. Lindsay held this role until 2021. Currently, Lindsay is working at myCaribou, where they started as a Customer Care Lead in 2021 and was promoted to Customer Care Director in 2023.

Lindsay W. completed a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, which they attended from 2014 to 2017.
