Shaun Moss has over 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Shaun started their career in 2010 as a File Clerk at Penske Corporate. In 2011, they joined Penske Automotive Group as a Tire Technician, Valet, and Service Consultant Volkswagen. In 2014, they were promoted to Service Consultant Jaguar/Land Rover and Service Consultant Mini Cooper. In 2022, they joined MyCarrier as an Account Executive. During their tenure, they have managed multiple day-to-day business operations, including training and guiding service writers, strategizing new development plans, managing all aspects of service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders. Shaun has also delivered optimum services in reviewing and advising on service solutions, providing expertise within dealership, and translating customer requirements/service technology into business terms and plans. Shaun has also launched Volkswagen's new express service program, including developing activities/standards and following through with objectives. Shaun has been regarded as an efficient work supervisor for consistently delivering best-in-class services and a go-to-person for assistance with significant tasks and responsibilities.
Shaun Moss attended Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2021, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Business Management.
