Dawn Minnaar

Dawn Minnaar has extensive work experience in the financial industry, starting their career at Absa Group in 1994. Dawn held various roles at Absa Group, including Team Leader for Issuing Chargebacks and SME for Card Disputes Resolution. Dawn managed a team of 17 agents handling Credit and Debit Card Disputes and Fraud cases. Dawn also managed disputes raised by multiple African countries. In 2020, Dawn Minnaar joined MyChargeBack as the Country Manager for South Africa and later became the Director and Manager of South African Operations.
