Nike Febriyanti

Nike Febriyanti has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Nike started their career at PT Bank BTPN Tbk in 2011 as a Pembina Mobile Marketing Syariah / Area Manager, where they worked until February 2017. Nike then moved to ACT CONSULTING, where they served as a Corporate Culture Officer from July 2017 to July 2018. After that, they joined Hacktiv8 Indonesia as a Talent Relations Executive, where they provided career counseling and guidance to individuals and developed contacts with external organizations to expand employment opportunities for alumni. In 2019, they joined Pintek | Jawaban Aspirasi Pendidikan as an Organizational Development & Culture Executive and later took on the role of HR Recruitment & Talent Development Specialist. Currently, they are working at MYCL | Mycotech Lab as a Human Resources Manager, a position they assumed in August 2022.

Nike Febriyanti completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Universitas Padjadjaran, where they attended from 2003 to 2010. In 2018, they pursued their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Budi Luhur University, completing it in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in November 2022, Basic Behavior Interview from ACE Learning in June 2015, Banking Risk Management from Lembaga Sertifikasi Perbankan in August 2014, and Intermediate Anticorruption Instructor from Lembaga Sertifikasi profesi PIB in February 2020.
