Chief of Innovation Officer at MYCL | Mycotech Lab

Ronaldiaz Hartantyo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ronaldiaz started their career as an Intern at PT Han Awal and Partners, where they worked on the Mohe Wae Rebo Project, focusing on Vernacular Architecture Conservation.

In 2011, Ronaldiaz became the CEO of IDEAS Indonesia, a company that focuses on innovation, design, engineering, art, and science. Under their leadership, IDEAS worked towards creating a sustainable Indonesia.

Ronaldiaz then went on to co-found Agritektur in 2012, a cooperative business that supports local farmers and agriculture. At Agritektur, Ronaldiaz was responsible for generating ideas and designing farmers markets, as well as organizing events to connect farmers and consumers.

That same year, they also founded Growbox, a company that produces DIY Edible Mushroom Kits, allowing people to grow their own food. Ronaldiaz served as the CEO of Growbox and developed four different types of mushrooms for the kits.

In 2012, Ronaldiaz joined Wae Rebo Power as a Program Facilitator. Ronaldiaz worked in a remote village called Wae Rebo, where they focused on preserving its vernacular architecture and cultural customs.

Finally, in 2015, Ronaldiaz joined MYCL | Mycotech Lab, where they initially served as the CMO, responsible for developing innovative building and packaging materials made from mushrooms. More recently, they became the Chief of Innovation Officer at the same company.

Through their various roles, Ronaldiaz has demonstrated their passion for sustainability, innovation, and connecting communities.

Ronaldiaz Hartantyo attended SMA 3 Bandung from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they enrolled at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Architecture from 2007 to 2012.
