Brad Boren

Brad Boren has had a diverse range of work experiences, primarily focused in the outdoor apparel industry. Brad began their career at Marmot Mountain in 1988 as a Product Manager. Brad then moved to Helly Hansen in 1993, where they served as a Brand Manager until 1997. In the same year, Brad joined Reebok as an Advanced Product Development Manager, where they worked until 1998. Since 1997, Brad has been associated with Norrøna, initially as the Director of Research, Design & Development. In 2015, they transitioned into the role of Director of Innovation & Sustainability and, most recently, they have become the Chief Sustainability Officer & Director of Innovation as of August 2022.
