Alessandro Poggi

Alessandro Poggi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Alessandro started their career in 1997 as an IT Management and System Engineer at Istituto Regionale Ligure "Fernando Santi" and worked in this role until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at Marconi Communications as a Technical Writer and Instructor, delivering technical training to customers and developing product handbooks. Following this, they joined Ericsson Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. in 2006 as a Senior Instructor, where they developed and delivered various learning products, including instructor-led classes and e-learning solutions. Alessandro also played a role in the development of RFIs and pre-sales technical workshops. In 2015, Alessandro Poggi joined MYCOM OSI as a Training Manager, where they managed the training department, defined training portfolios, developed training courses, and delivered instructor-led training sessions on OSS software products.

Alessandro Poggi attended ITIS G. Giorgi from 1987 to 1992, studying computer science. Additionally, Alessandro obtained certifications in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022 and in IP Networks Associate from the Ericsson Technical Certification Program in June 2013.
