Melissa Harrison has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 1997, they began their career as an IT Specialist at IBM, where they provided support and administration for all internal email accounts and was responsible for documenting, tracking, and resolving internal trouble tickets. In 2000, they joined BMC Software as a Software Support Specialist, providing L2 technical support for their software offerings, scheduling technical support hours, and performing candidate screening and new hire training. In 2013, they moved to TOPAZ Technologies as a Software Support Specialist, providing software support for higher education research institutes and pharmaceutical companies. Finally, in 2016, they joined myComplianceManager as a Client Services Manager and Client Services- Implementation and Software Support, partnering with the sales team during RFP and discovery phases, tailoring and presenting software demos, showing business value during industry specific tradeshows and webinars, and providing consultation guidance on best practices and workflows during the implementation of myCM Software portfolio.
Melissa Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing Management from Western Govenors University. Melissa also obtained a Project+ certification from CompTIA in September 2013.
