David Ruzicka

David Ruzicka has a vast and diverse work experience. David started their freelance writing career at THG in 2023. Prior to that, from 2018 to the present, they worked as a Freelance Creative Director/Writer at MYCOTOO, Inc., where they were involved in creative direction and concept development for theme park live experiences and brand activations. David also co-wrote an activation for CES Westworld and worked on story concept and writing for Stranger Things: The Experience.

In 2021, David worked as a Freelance Writer & Creative Director at Medici XD. David was responsible for writing and creative direction for various projects. David also worked as a Freelance Director/Writer at Terry Hines & Associates from 2021 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2022, David worked as a Freelance Writer/Director at The Bezark Company, where they developed scripting materials and provided direction services for global themed entertainment projects. David also worked as a Freelance Show Director at Giant Spoon from 2019 to 2022.

David has also worked at prestigious companies like Walt Disney Imagineering as a Freelance Creative Director/Writer from 2018 to 2020. David was a Co Artistic Director at Just Fix It Productions from 2017 to 2020, and an Experience Designer/Writer/Director at Weta Workshop Ltd from 2017 to 2019, where they worked on global activations and immersive experiences.

Furthermore, David has experience as a Freelance Interactive Designer/Director at Apptivations from 2016 to 2018. Overall, David Ruzicka has demonstrated expertise in various creative roles within the entertainment industry, showcasing their skills in writing, directing, creative direction, and concept development.

From 2007 to 2009, David Ruzicka attended Savannah College of Art and Design, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Writing.
