Caroline Carr

Caroline Carr oversees financial operations for Mycovia Pharmaceuticals and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Ms. Carr previously served as Director of Accounting and SEC at Viamet Pharmaceuticals. Prior to her time at Viamet, Ms. Carr served as Controller at Dara Biosciences, a publicly-traded specialty pharmaceutical company, and as President of Carr Consulting, where she provided financial and accounting services to companies in the biotech and contract research industries. She also served as Senior Director of Finance at Icagen (acquired by Pfizer) where she partnered with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to manage finance and accounting functions, corporate compliance and investor relations. Additionally, Ms. Carr was a senior manager in the audit and assurance services group of Deloitte LLP, where she served clients ranging from small, emerging growth companies to large publicly traded corporations.

Ms. Carr received a BS in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
