Johnny Santos serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at MycoWorks since October 2021, contributing to the introduction of Fine Mycelium™ materials. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter at Agility Personnel, focusing on staffing solutions for manufacturing firms. Additionally, Johnny held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Elefint Designs, where responsibilities included business development and operational streamlining. Previous roles also encompass Recruitment Consultant and Branch Manager, with an emphasis on manufacturing staffing. Johnny Santos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, along with educational experiences in Spain and at an international school.
