Tero Ronkainen

Tero Ronkainen has a strong background in finance, M&A, and strategy. Tero is currently working as the Head of Finance and M&A at Mycronic. Tero has also held leadership roles such as Head of Strategy and M&A at Ramirent Group, Manager of Financial Analysis at Caruna, and played a key role in M&A activities at Leonardo & Co. - Houlihan Lokey. Tero's career began at Ernst & Young, where they worked in Mergers & Acquisitions. Tero also has experience in strategy consulting from their time at Accenture. Throughout their career, Tero has successfully led high-profile deals, conducted financial analysis and modeling, and provided strategic guidance to help companies achieve their objectives.

Tero Ronkainen completed their Executive Education in Business at the London Business School from 2016 to 2018. Tero received their MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from IPMA: International Project Management Association in 2010. Tero also attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, although the specific details of their time there are unknown.
