Emily Eccles has a diverse work experience in communications and engagement roles. Emily is currently a Communications & Engagement Business Partner at MyCSP Ltd, where they focus on promoting the benefits of the pension scheme to members and employers. Emily also leads digital transformation projects and launched new digital channels and products to enhance the user experience. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Marketing & Communications Business Partner at Riverside, where they were responsible for leading communication strategies for various projects, such as the launch of an online self-service platform and changes in frontline services due to Covid-19. Emily also worked as a Communications Officer - Internal at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where they coordinated and implemented communication strategies and campaigns, managed engagement projects and events, and created content for various platforms. Early in their career, they held roles as a Communications and Engagement Officer and Communications Assistant at Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust.
Emily Eccles completed their education in a chronological order. Emily first attended Liverpool College from 2003 to 2010, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Emily'sfields of study during this time included English Literature, Spanish, Italian, History, Mathematics, and Biology. After completing their secondary education, they went on to attend the University of Liverpool from 2010 to 2014. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Spanish and Italian. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Emily pursued further education at Liverpool John Moores University, where they received a Master of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
