Jiongcheng Su has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Starting from 2018, Jiongcheng worked at ChungWah Supermarket, where they held different positions such as Shop Assistant, Cashier, Freezer Warehouse Operative, Picker, Purchasing Ledger Clerk, and Warehouse Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in various aspects of the retail and logistics operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and customer service.
In 2021, Jiongcheng joined Sitel Group as an NHS Test and Trace Agent. In this role, they were responsible for collecting information from individuals who had direct or close contact with confirmed cases of COVID-19. JIONGCHENG provided support, reassurance, and documented conversations with each contact.
In 2022, Jiongcheng worked at Talos360 as a Software Engineer Intern, where they shadowed mid-level software developers and learned functional programming with C#. JIONGCHENG also gained experience in writing queries using Visual Studio 2022 and LinqPad6.
Currently, Jiongcheng is employed at MyCSP Ltd as a Pension Administrator, a role that they started in 2022.
Jiongcheng Su obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Liverpool John Moores University, attending from the year 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Jiongcheng Su earned a BCS Level 4 Diploma in Data Analysis Concepts from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2021.
