Linh Phan

Linh Phan has worked as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master at MyDeal.com.au Ltd since June 2021. In this role, they oversee the software delivery life-cycle of a Mobile App development project, engage with key business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, and manage the development backlog.

Prior to this, Linh worked as a Business Analyst at Formation Technology from March 2021 to May 2021. They were responsible for gathering and validating business requirements, updating and maintaining business rules of the products, and testing implemented solutions.

From 2018 to 2019, Linh worked as a Product Owner at Travel and Pay Software Solutions Co., Ltd. Their responsibilities included analyzing business functions, writing user stories and requirements, and communicating solutions to stakeholders.

From 2014 to 2017, Linh worked as a Team Leader at TANNER Vietnam Ltd. They led a team of regular members and freelancers, managed translation projects, and ensured high work quality and productivity.

Linh also has experience as an Interpreter and Translator for ODA construction projects and as an Editor and Translator at VTC10 Vietnam Multimedia Corporation. They have worked in various roles, including Director Assistant and Translator, Technical Interpreter, and Interpreter and Translator for a wastewater treatment plant construction project.

Prior to these roles, Linh worked as a Technical Interpreter at POLVIET (K.A.C.S.C. R.O. in Vietnam) from 2009 to 2012.

Linh Phan completed a Master of Business Information Systems degree in Business Analysis from Swinburne University of Technology from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Linh Phan earned a BA Technical English Education degree in Technical English from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.
