Harshita Shanbog completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from DY Patil University. Harshita attended the university from 2016 to 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023.

In addition to their academic degrees, Harshita Shanbog has obtained several certifications related to their field of study. In November 2021, they earned certifications in "Fundamentals of Laboratory Safety" and "Regulated Medical Waste" from BioRAFT. In October 2021, they completed certifications in "Biosafety Part I" and "Biosafety Part II" from BioRAFT. Furthermore, in January 2022, they obtained a certification in "Radiation Safety for Radiation Workers" from BioRAFT. Harshita also acquired a certification in "cGMP: Introduction to Good Manufacturing Practice - An Abridged Course" from the Biopharma Institute in July 2022. Additionally, they completed a certification in "Good Clinical Practice" from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in August 2022.
