Flavia Pachi

Flavia Pachi has over 16 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Flavia is currently working at Myers Industries as the VP of FP&A and Treasurer, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of FP&A at the same company from May 2021 to June 2023.

Flavia has also worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as the Director of Finance from September 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Division CFO at Trico Group for a brief period from February 2020 to April 2020.

Flavia'sexperience also includes working at Arconic as a Controller from July 2015 to January 2020, and at HDT Global as the Vice President of Finance from November 2013 to June 2015. During their time at HDT Global, they also served as the Director of FP&A from May 2011 to October 2013, where they were involved in various financial activities such as IPO readiness, M&A, and system implementations.

Prior to that, Flavia worked at Alcoa Power and Propulsion as a Segment Controller, overseeing accounting and finance for the Industrial Gas Turbine business. Flavia was also employed at Novelis Corporation in multiple roles, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Strategy, Assistant Controller, and Acting Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. At Novelis, they led financial planning processes, managed financial analysis and reporting, and implemented financial planning systems.

Flavia began their career at Novelis do Brasil as a Business Planning Manager, where they coordinated strategy reviews, budgeting processes, and implemented cross-functional budgeting.

Flavia Pachi's education history is as follows:

In 1991, Flavia Pachi attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Flavia completed their studies in 1994.

From 1995 to 1997, Flavia Pachi enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and pursued a post-graduation program called CEAG in Business. Flavia completed the program in 1997.

In 1998, Flavia Pachi joined Ibmec and pursued a Master's degree in Finance. Flavia completed their studies in 2001.

In 2010, Flavia Pachi attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and participated in the Leadership Deep Dive Program, where they studied the field of Leadership. The duration of the program was only for that year.

In addition to their academic education, Flavia Pachi obtained a certification as a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A) from the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) in September 2014.
