Nate Oatman

Nate Oatman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nate began their career as a Shift Manager at Chick-fil-A in 2008. From 2009 to 2015, Nate served in the U.S. Army as a Lead Analyst, where they demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, managed surveillance operations, and implemented security measures. In 2016, they joined BWAY Corporation as a Project Engineer, leading multimillion-dollar projects and implementing process improvements. Nate then joined JLS Automation in 2019 as a Lead Systems Engineer, overseeing the design and management of projects worth over $5 million. Most recently, they joined Myers Industries in 2021 as the Automation Department Head, responsible for developing and executing a strategic automation plan, managing budgets, and leading a team in completing six projects. Throughout their career, Nate has shown excellent leadership, project management, and technical skills.

Nate Oatman obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
