Laila Howard

Head of Customer Success at myGwork

Laila Howard has a diverse work background with experience in various roles. Laila is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at myGwork, an organization that focuses on supporting LGBT+ professionals and their allies. Prior to this, Laila worked at Resource Solutions as a Talent Marketing and Insights Account Manager for five years. At Adecco Group, they held positions as a Marketing Specialist and a FOL - Proposal Specialist. Laila has also worked as an Assistant Debate Coach at Ben Davis High School and as a Claims Service Specialist at Allstate. Laila'searlier experience includes roles as an Office Assistant and a Research Assistant at DePauw University. Throughout their career, Laila has showcased their expertise in marketing, research, client management, and event coordination.

Laila Howard attended Ben Davis High School from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study.

Following their high school education, Laila went on to attend DePauw University from 2009 to 2013. Laila obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology during their time at DePauw University.

In addition to their formal education, Laila has also obtained certifications in Real-time Advertising Fundamentals from Quantcast in January 2018, and in Hubspot Email Marketing from HubSpot in January 2020.
