Melissa Turner has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Melissa started their career at Flintco, LLC as a Staff Accountant and later worked at Simple Simon's Pizza as a Staff Accountant. Melissa then moved on to Janell Whitby School Of Music as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Melissa served as the Business Administrator / Controller at Owasso First Assembly of God for 17 years before transitioning to roles at Stanfield + O'Dell, P.C., Gilcrease Museum, and MyHealth Access Network, where they held various leadership positions in accounting and finance.
Melissa Turner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University in 1995. Melissa then went on to earn a Master's degree in the same field from Northeastern State University in 2019. Additionally, they received certifications as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2023 and QuickBooks Certification in 2020.
