Jamie Kubasta, SHRM-CP has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Jamie began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Training Manager at Walmart, where they were responsible for monitoring employee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as interviewing, hiring, and training employees. In 2008, Jamie moved to PetSmart as a Store Leader, where they managed a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training of employees, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action, and managing HR records. Jamie also resolved conflicts between employees, performed exit interviews, and conducted legal/compliance investigations as needed. In 2018, Jamie joined myHR Partner, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist.

Jamie Kubasta, SHRM-CP completed their prerequisite coursework in Human Resources Management and Business Management at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2014 to 2015. Jamie then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management from DeSales University from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
