Johanna Ulicny, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Johanna began their career in 1998 as Manager of Employee Benefits at KidsPeace. In 2015, they transitioned to myHR Partner, Inc. where they held the roles of Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager.

Johanna Ulicny holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton, obtained between 2001 and 2004. Johanna also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Sociology from Susquehanna University, obtained between 1994 and 1998. In addition, they hold the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, obtained in February 2017.
