Paige Ranum, MSOL

Paige Ranum, MSOL, has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Paige is currently the Director of People Operations at myLaurel, where they are responsible for developing responsive in-home care solutions for frail and complex patients. Prior to this, Paige served as the Director of Human Resources at Elevate Dental Partners and VISIT DENVER, The Convention & Visitors Bureau. Paige also gained valuable experience as the Vice President of Human Resources at Amstar Group, a real estate investment manager. Paige began their career in the legal field, working as a Paralegal at multiple law firms before transitioning into HR. Paige holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL).

Paige Ranum, MSOL has a Master's Degree in Strategic Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Regis University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology from Regis University with Cum Laude honors, completing their degree from 2010 to 2012. Before pursuing their undergraduate studies, Paige obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Paralegal from Arapahoe Community College, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Paige also holds several certifications. Paige obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Online in April 2019. In November 2015, they obtained the PI Analyst (Predictive Index) certification from PI Midwest (Predictive Index, PI Worldwide). Lastly, they obtained their Paralegal certification from Arapahoe Community College in May 2007.
