Roman Kudryashov

Roman Kudryashov has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Roman currently serves as the VP of Product and Engineering at myLaurel. In 2022, they founded Recommended Systems. Prior to that, they held the positions of CEO and Co-founder/COO at Dragon Blood Balm from 2018 to 2022. Roman also worked at Pager as a Director of Product Management and later as a Senior Director of Marketing from 2020 to 2022. Roman was a Director of Digital Strategy at Kwiat from 2017 to 2020 and a Director of Marketing at XSUNT Corporation from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Roman held managerial roles at MediSolutions, where they worked as a Manager of Product and Marketing and later as a Manager of Digital Marketing from 2014 to 2016. Roman also worked as a Content Producer and Senior Q/A at the Anti-Defamation League from 2013 to 2014, and as a Publication Manager at hibu from 2012 to 2013. Roman's early work experience includes serving as an Executive Editor at What Are These Ideas from 2010 to 2013.

Roman Kudryashov completed their Bachelor's degree in Politics and Integrated Design from The New School, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
