Ignacio Rojas Martinez del Marmol

Ignacio Rojas Martinez del Marmol has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Ignacio began as a Construction Intern at Ferrovial Agroman US Corp. where they managed their own team building and was responsible for construction coordination, production control, steel and concrete control, cost control, and machine management. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of Sales at BePretty, followed by Construction Engineer at Ferrovial and Country Manager at InstaFit. In 2016, they became Managing Partner at Leniolabs LLC and in 2020, they became Business Development & Account Manager at MyLenio, an all-in-one platform that allows small businesses to get organized and work with top companies.

Ignacio Rojas Martinez del Marmol has a diverse education history. In 2019, they began an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at IE Business School, with a focus on Business. From 2007 to 2014, they obtained a MEng Civil Engineering from Universidad de Granada. Ignacio then continued their studies at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where they are currently enrolled in an Ingeniería program. In 2010 and 2011, they also attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they studied Ingeniería civil.
