Amr Naguib

Amr Naguib has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999. Amr began their career at Aramex, where they held various roles including Retail Specialist, Express Operations Supervisor, Domestic operations supervisor, and Operations leader. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing operations departments, improving operational systems, and implementing processes and policies to support the organization's mission.

Amr then moved on to become the Operations Manager at Aramex, where they managed Express, Domestics, and Ground Operations. In this role, they ensured efficient and effective operations to achieve customer satisfaction, created SLAs and adjusted requirements based on customer requests, and led improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and performance. Amr also set yearly objectives, managed operating expenses, and participated in budget planning.

Currently, Amr Naguib is the Chief Operations Officer at Mylerz Co, a position they started in 2021.

Amr Naguib obtained their Good degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Faculty of Commerce, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
