Insaf Mansoureddine began their work experience in 2022 as a Commercial at Mylerz Co. In the same year, they also worked as a service maritime at Groupe Timar. Prior to that, in 2022, they worked as a service transit at TRANST NACHAT for a month. In 2022, they also worked as part of the Service logistique team at OCP Group for two months.

Insaf Mansoureddine has an education history that includes completing a Licence Professionnelle in Technique Douanières et Logistique International (Customs Techniques and International Logistics) at L'école Supérieure de Technologies from 2021 to 2022.
