Nina Barreca

Nina Barreca is an experienced professional in learning design and business development, currently serving as the Learning Design Coordinator and Product Manager at Mylia Advancing Humanity since January 2018. Nina specializes in creating development pathways and tools for client needs, focusing on communication, collaboration, talent management, internal motivation, and the establishment of internal development programs. Additionally, since April 2015, Nina has worked as a Business Developer at Adecco Management School, concentrating on managerial academy development and customized client solutions, including a self-assessment tool utilizing artificial intelligence. Nina's prior roles include a Knowledge & Communication Specialist and Area Training Manager at Adecco Training, where responsibilities included knowledge management, internal communication, and branch coordination, as well as serving as a counselor at ToscanaIN and directing master's programs at Stogea.
