Cathal Rooney has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2010 as a Team Leader at Dixons Retail, they had responsibilities such as allocating daily jobs, training new team members, and acting as a resource. In 2013, they joined Teleperformance as a Team Leader, where they motivated the team to achieve high standards and handled new client enquiries. Moving to Vodafone in 2014, Cathal worked as a Client Executive, providing daily account administration and support to key stakeholders. In 2016, they joined Norbrook Laboratories Ltd as a Customer Account Executive, managing customer accounts and later transitioned to the role of Demand Planning Analyst. Currently, Cathal works at MyLife Bathrooms, starting as a Supply Chain Analyst and progressing to Operations Manager and eventually Operations Director.
From 2015 to 2021, Cathal Rooney attended The Open University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing & IT.
