Krystian Fikert

Krystian Fikert started their work experience in 2003 as a Project Manager for an Internet addiction awareness campaign at Poznan University of Technology. In 2005, they worked as a Search Quality Associate at Google until 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Psychologist at the Health Service Executive. In 2006, Krystian founded MyMind, a pioneering tech company in the health sector where they served as the Founder and CEO. In 2015, they became a Social Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD.

Krystian Fikert has an extensive education history. In 1999, they started their studies at Adam Mickiewicz University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, which was completed in 2004.

In 2010, Krystian attended INSEAD and obtained a certificate in the ISEP (International Summer Educational Programme). The following year, in 2011, they participated in the EHLP (European Health Leadership Programme), also at INSEAD, receiving a certification in this field.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Krystian enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2019, where they completed an Executive MBA in 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Krystian has obtained several certifications. These include AWS Certifications from SureSkills in June 2023 and AI For Everyone from deeplearning.ai in July 2020. Krystian also obtained the EHLP (European Health Leadership Programme) certification from INSEAD in July 2011.

Moreover, Krystian has certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre, and EMDR level 3 from the University of Birmingham.
