Poonam Makhija

Poonam Makhija has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration. Poonam started their career as an Executive Assistant at Minda Industries Ltd. in 1995, where they assisted the AVP-operations with various tasks. Poonam then moved on to work as an Executive Assistant at Metro Golden Heart Institute, before transitioning to the role of Head HR at MyMoneyMantra in 2002.

Poonam Makhija completed their graduate degree in Arts from Delhi University at Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School, Delhi from 1983 to 2002. Poonam then pursued a post-graduate degree in English from Annamalai University from 2001 to 2003. In 2018, Poonam obtained a certification in Interviewing Techniques from LinkedIn.
