Malak Fayad

Malak Fayad serves as the Head of Operations at Monty Finance since March 2024 and has been a Project Manager at MyMonty since May 2022. With a robust background in banking, Malak Fayad was previously a Senior Operations Officer at BLC Bank from November 2015 to July 2022, managing bank transactions, leading operations staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior roles at BLC Bank included Assistant Branch Manager and AML officer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing cash transactions and adhering to AML/CFT regulations. Malak Fayad began the banking career as a Teller and progressed through various client service positions at BLC Bank starting in November 2009. Malak Fayad holds a Master's degree in Financial Research from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and is pursuing a certificate in Lebanese regulation from ESA Business School. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management was obtained from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
