Miro Koehler

Miro Koehler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Miro started their career at Heartbeet Lifesharing, where they volunteered and worked with individuals with special needs in an organic farming community. Following this, they joined Muller & Associates Inc. as an Executive Search Consultant, where they were involved in end-to-end executive search processes across various industries. In 2016, Miro founded MettleSearch, a company where they served as Founder & Director. In 2018, they joined b10 | Venture Capital as Head of Talent, overseeing talent management, recruiting, and due diligence efforts. Since 2019, Miro has been with MYMY catering, initially as Head of Operations, where they set up the People function and later took on interim roles as Head of Sales and now serves as Co-Managing Director, supporting various teams including Sales, People, Marketing, Tech, and Product.

Miro Koehler has a diverse education history. In 2007, they began their undergraduate studies at Trier University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a B.A. in International Business with a focus on Economics and Marketing. During their time there, they also participated in an ERASMUS exchange program at Aix-Marseille University, further enhancing their knowledge in Economics and Business Administration in 2010.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Miro went on to pursue an M.A. in International and Development Economics at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2013 to 2015. This program provided him with a solid foundation in Development Economics and International Development.

In 2013, Miro briefly attended the University of Cape Town, where they completed a B.A. (Hons) in International Relations, focusing on the field of International Relations. This education opportunity further broadened their understanding of global affairs.

Aside from their formal education, Miro Koehler obtained a certification as a Gallup Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in July 2020. This certification allows him to provide coaching services in the field of strengths development.
