Henry Majed

Henry Majed has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Henry is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of MyMynd, a digital mental health platform focused on improving workplace mental health and wellbeing. Prior to this, Henry was a Visiting Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they worked at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. Henry also served as a Resident Expert, Industry Advisor, and Tutor at the school.

Before joining Saïd Business School, Henry worked as the Partnership Director at Innovation Gateway, an alliance of major corporates working together to transform the sustainability of their buildings and built environment. Henry led the growth and strategic development of the organization, collaborating with companies such as Tesco, Heathrow, RBS, and others.

Henry has also worked at the World Health Organization as a Consultant and at 2degrees, a fast-growth tech company, where they held roles such as Director of Partnerships and Chief of Staff/EA to the CEO. Henry has experience in strategic support, operational initiatives, product development, and building business pipelines.

Earlier in their career, Henry worked in roles such as Vision Care Category Strategy-IRDP at Johnson & Johnson, Trade Marketing Controller at Mars Confectionery, and Retail Marketing Manager at Twentieth Century Fox. Henry also held various positions at Mars, including UK Business Development Manager and Consultant.

Henry Majed holds an MBA degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, specializing in Strategy & Innovation. Henry also earned a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge. Prior to their doctoral studies, Henry Majed completed their MSci in Medical Physics at the University of Bristol.
