Louise Helmbold

Louise Helmbold has over 15 years of experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator at ER24 in 2006. Louise progressed to roles such as HR Business Partner at MSD Animal Health and HR and H&S Manager at RMD Kwikform. In 2013, they became a HR Business Partner at Eeze Management Consultants, where they were also a business owner. Most recently, Louise held the position of HR Manager before being promoted to Head of Human Resources at Mynaric in October 2022.

Louise Helmbold completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2003 to 2007. Louise later pursued an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in the same field at the same institution from 2008 to 2010. In 2020, they obtained a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn. Additionally, in 2021, they completed a certification in Agility in HR and Agile Leadership from Agile People.
