Kathleen Kilpatrick

Kathleen Kilpatrick is the Director of Property Accounting at Mynd. Kathleen has over 18 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry.

Kathleen began their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Meritage Homes in April 2005. Kathleen then worked as a Business Analyst at Rinker Materials from January 2006 to November 2009. In July 2013, they became an Accounting Manager at American Residential Properties, Inc. and held that position until May 2015 when they became Controller at CFM Mechanical, LLC.

In May 2016, Kathleen became the Finance Manager at OOS Investments, LLC and held that position until March 2017 when they became the Director of Property Management Accounting at Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments, where they worked until June 2020.

Kathleen has been with Mynd since July 2020 and currently manages a team of property accountants.

Kathleen Kilpatrick graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance.

Kathleen Kilpatrick reports to Garret Albert, CFO. They work with and Ramandeep Shergill - Controller.
