Tara Perman

Tara Perman has extensive experience as a career and leadership coach. Tara is currently working at Tara Perman Coaching, where they help professionals find fulfillment in their work and provides practical strategies for career growth. Prior to this, they worked at TIERNEY Coaching & Consulting, Ama La Vida, MYNDUP, and Boon Health in similar coaching roles. Additionally, Tara spent a significant portion of their career at PwC, where they held various positions, including Senior Manager in Learning & Development. Tara led the design of learning and performance improvement solutions, specializing in leadership development. Tara also worked at ZS Associates as the North American Learning Lead, and at Accenture as a Project Manager and Learning and Development Specialist.

Tara Perman began their education at Truman State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from 1993 to 1997. In 2020, they enrolled in iPEC Coaching for an undisclosed degree and field of study. In September 2021, they obtained the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching. Tara later obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2021. Additionally, in November 2021, Tara obtained the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. Prior to their coaching education, in February 2020, they obtained a certification in Human-Centered Design from PwC.
