Emerlyn Lance has extensive experience in product operations and telecommunications, serving as Head of B2B Product Operations at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) since October 2016, along with roles in Merchant Experience, Product Ownership, and Business Support, where key responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction, process improvement, and data analysis for enhanced customer experience. Prior to GCash, Emerlyn held various positions at Globe Telecom from January 2008 to October 2016, including Head of Continual Service Improvement and Service Creation Engineer, focusing on service development and operational coordination.
