Renante Atutubo

Renante Atutubo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Renante began their career in 2000 as a Software Quality Engineer at the Environmental Management Bureau and remained in that role until 2007. In 2006, they joined ITI and Harland as a Senior Software Quality Engineer, where they stayed until 2012.

From 2007 to 2010, Renante worked as a Software Quality Engineer and Researcher at US Auto Parts, Inc, CheQ Systems Inc, and Blast Asia, Inc, gaining experience in various projects and assignments. Renante then joined Northgate Arinso in 2010, initially as a Sr. Preceda Tester and later as a Software Quality Engineer. During their time at Northgate Arinso, they designed test plans, reviewed requirements, delegated tasks, trained team members, and coordinated with stakeholders.

In 2010, Renante also started working at Ascender HCM, where they held multiple roles until 2019. Renante started as a Preceda Test Lead, leading the QA team and facilitating agile ceremonies. Renante also took on the role of Release Manager/Scrum Master, managing day-to-day activities and reporting project progress to stakeholders. Additionally, they served as a QA Team Lead, reviewing functional specifications, creating test cases, and mentoring team members.

Most recently, Renante has been employed at Willis Towers Watson as a Scrum Master since 2020 and is currently working as a Scrum Master at Mynt since 2022.

Renante Atutubo obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Aquinas University of Legazpi. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Divine Word College of Legazpi, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
