Saikat Kumar Das

Saikat Kumar Das is an experienced data science professional currently serving as Lead Data Scientist in Data Sciences at Myntra since May 2022. Prior to this role, Saikat held the position of Lead Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore from July 2015 to April 2022, focusing on AI Vision Solutions, deep learning, computer vision, and image processing with on-device AI. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Software Trainee at Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore in mid-2014. Saikat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Jadavpur University (2011-2015) and a Master’s in Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (2017-2020).
