Oliver Owens

Oliver Owens is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Senior Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager at MYOB since August 2023. Prior to this role, Oliver worked at nbn™ Australia from January 2018 to March 2023, where leadership of a security risk team was undertaken, focusing on securing cyber-physical systems. At EY from February 2014 to January 2018, Oliver held the role of Senior Consultant within the Cyber Security practice, delivering information security assessments and governance frameworks across various sectors. Earlier career experiences include a Vacationer position in IT Risk & Assurance at Ernst & Young and an internship in Finance Systems at Oxfam Australia. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from Monash University and a French Baccalaureate in Science from Lycee Notre Dame de la Tourteliere.
