Joe Miller serves as the Managing Partner of Flatiron Search Partners, a boutique executive search and growth-advisory firm that assists CEOs and Boards of high-growth consumer brands in identifying critical leadership roles. Concurrently, Joe is a Multi-Unit Owner at Orangetheory Fitness, focusing on the development of high-performing studios, and a Founding Partner at Empire Portfolio Group, which manages a franchise platform with over 150 Orangetheory Fitness studios across multiple states. Additionally, Joe holds advisory board positions at Myodetox and The Bruery & Offshoot Beer Co., and previously served as Vice President of Operations & Talent Management at SoulCycle Inc., overseeing extensive field operations and talent management. Joe's early career includes roles at Catalant Technologies, Equinox, and Morgan Stanley, complemented by an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Colorado College.
