Andrea Kirchman

Andrea Kirchman has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. Andrea started their career at The Management Group, Inc. as a Communication Specialist, where they represented the organization at external events and generated content for various communications. Andrea then transitioned to the role of Quality Project Management Specialist, where they directed multiple internal and program projects, focusing on process development and improvement.

After that, Andrea joined Healthgrades as a Project Manager, overseeing CRM database build and modification projects and serving as a Scrum Master for the engineering team. Andrea worked closely with clients from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing.

Next, Andrea joined Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. as a Project Manager, managing programs and projects that drove internal initiatives and performance optimization. Andrea particularly focused on the implementation of a sales methodology and CRM optimization.

Currently, Andrea is working at Paradigm. Andrea started as a Senior Project Manager and later moved on to roles such as Professional Services Manager, Services Operations Manager, and Business Operations Manager. Andrea is currently serving as the Director of Business Operations.
