Joe Hillary is a seasoned professional in product education and design with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Product Education Specialist at Paradigm since March 2020, Joe is a Subject Matter Expert in the Paradigm Estimate service, leveraging four years of experience to educate clients on successful service utilization. Prior roles include Implementation Manager at Paradigm, where Joe established an implementation team and translated customer needs into actionable software changes, and Director of Operations at Window Design Center. With a background in product design at Colony Brands, Inc., and R&D design at Marvin Windows and Doors, Joe has a strong foundation in market analysis, collaborative product development, and international sourcing, complemented by an Industrial Design BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
