Eve Makoff

Eve Makoff is currently serving as the Regional Medical Officer at myPlace Health since January 2025. Prior to this role, Eve worked as the Regional Medical Director at AltaMed Health Services from July 2021 to December 2024, focusing on PACE. Eve's experience includes serving as the Medical Director of Palliative Care/Complex Care Provider at MedZed from May 2020 to July 2021, and as the Medical Director at Torrance Memorial Medical Center from July 2018 to March 2020. Eve's extensive career at Cedars-Sinai spanned from July 1995 to March 2017, where roles included Assistant Medical Director, Clinical Fellow, and Resident Doctor. Academically, Eve holds a Doctor of Medicine from Brown Medical School, a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's degree from Columbia University, and completed a Master of Science in Narrative Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California from August 2022 to August 2024, alongside a Certificate in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University from 2021 to 2023.
