Michelle Li

Michelle Li is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics and Insights at myPlace Health since June 2025. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles at Astrana Health, including Director of Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence and Director of Advanced Analytics, where responsibilities included managing a team of Data Scientists and developing predictive models to enhance patient outcomes. Earlier experience includes positions at Optum, HealthCare Partners, and Mercer, focusing on financial analysis, data analytics, and strategic decision-making. Michelle began their career as a Social Media Coordinator at UC Santa Barbara, where skills in content management and analytics were developed. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from UC Santa Barbara in 2015.
