Janet Mainenti, PhD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources. Janet began their career at The Greenhouse in 1996 as the Director of Human Resources. Janet then moved on to Robert Taylor Companies in 1998, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2001, they joined GMS Realty, LLC / Gerrity International, LLC as the Chief Administrative Officer. Afterward, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Baron Center Incorporated from 2009 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MyPoint Credit Union since April 2011.
Janet Mainenti, PhD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong educational background with a focus on business administration and human resources management. Janet holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University. In addition, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from National University. Janet also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Psychology, with a concentration in Behavioral Sciences, from California State University - Long Beach.
Janet has further enhanced their expertise by obtaining several certifications. Janet is a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Janet also holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification issued by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). These certifications validate their comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of human resources management.
